what are you grinding your head into the wall for?
I spent the better part of today trying SO HARD to DO SOMETHING… by avoiding the REAL things I had to do.

you don’t want to take.
THE STEP YOU DON’T WANT TO TAKE… these words can become like a revenant in my ear — a ghostly hollow whisp, so sleight you can feel it while you forget it and never think to think….
I’m about to write a post about my gurdjieff class tonight with Michael Park…. very relevant for today: fighting with the externalized shadow of my self… a game of intangibles: a dog chasing its tail — a human chasing its shadow — both end in circles.
Be careful looking to lift 10,000 pounds. Often it is just an excuse to do nothing. You do no work if nothing moves. Better to take smaller steps than to stand still and get nowhere. I speak this to myself.
Relax! Take a Step Back and Release Resistance. Either way, we must remember WE CHOOSE THIS. Remember. I CHOSE this. Me. Suffering through resistance is pointless if I forget to choose it. Oh, there is so much more to say on that subject.
